		<description>Hey Matt, love the distinction and the model of tell show ask.  It really gave me an ahh ha moment.  Love to hear your thoughts on Speaker / trainer / coach?  I know they blend across group and individual but I think that is where Im headed.  
Like the distinction between asking group and telling group...good stretch for me.
